Who operates this site
This website and its browser tools are operated under the EkkySoft name by a digital studio based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The site identifies its operator as EkkySoft; it does not state a separate registered company name.

Information we handle
If you send a project enquiry, the form asks for your name, email address, project type and message. Phone number and budget range are optional. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information in the form.
When your browser connects to this website, our hosting and security providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser details, timestamps and diagnostic data, to deliver and protect the site. Vercel country and continent headers are checked to decide whether the Monetag advertising tag can load by default. The exact project-level log retention and processing region have not been independently verified.
If you enable functional storage, the site stores a short list of recent tool routes in the ekkysoft_recent_tools cookie for 30 days. When you save cookie preferences, ekkysoft_consent records those settings for up to 180 days. Browsers send first-party cookies with requests to this site; the application does not read these values on the server, but the hosting layer may receive the request headers.
EkkySoft is supported by Monetag In-Page Push advertising, loaded from nap5k.com. The tag loads by default in identified regions outside Europe under the current site policy. In Europe or when the region cannot be identified, it loads only after the visitor allows it. Monetag may process the page URL, referral URL, IP address, country or geographic area, browser and operating system, ad delivery and interactions for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. See Monetag's Privacy Policy. EkkySoft does not intentionally include file contents or QR data in ad requests. The current tag displays in-page banners and does not request browser notification permission. We have not independently verified Monetag's project-specific retention or targeting configuration.
You can decline advertising in regions covered by the site's consent prompt; this does not block tools. Monetag's separate opt-out page covers some formats and may not disable In-Page Push. We do not currently offer accounts, checkout, newsletters, or analytics.
Files and content in browser tools
The available file tools process selected files in your browser on your device. The JPG-to-PDF, image compression and image resize flows use browser-side processing; the QR generator builds the code from the content you enter in the page. The application does not upload those files or QR contents to an EkkySoft conversion server.
Files and tool inputs may be held temporarily in browser memory while you use a tool. Closing the page or clearing it ends that in-page session; your browser may separately retain downloaded output according to your own settings. Do not use a shared device for confidential material unless you trust its browser and account.
How enquiries are used and sent
We use enquiry details to read and respond to your request, discuss a possible project, and manage any resulting professional engagement. Submitting the form sends its fields to the configured EkkySoft contact inbox through Resend, our email-delivery provider. The message is not used by this site for a marketing mailing list.
We retain enquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an engagement, address disputes, or meet legal obligations. The site does not currently publish a fixed deletion period; copies in email systems and provider backups may follow the retention practices of those providers.
Service providers and external links
Vercel provides website hosting and delivery, and Resend delivers contact-form email. These providers may process information needed to perform those services under their own terms and privacy documents: Vercel Privacy Notice and Resend Privacy Policy.
Monetag provides the in-page advertising tag. Its separate opt-out may not apply to the active In-Page Push zone. See the Monetag Privacy Policy. The site also links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. If you follow an external link or ad, that provider handles activity on its own service under its own privacy terms. EkkySoft does not control those services.
These providers may operate infrastructure in other countries, so information may be processed outside Tanzania. The specific processing locations and transfer arrangements for this project have not been confirmed.
Security and privacy requests
We use the protections available in the website and its providers, including HTTPS delivery and safeguards on the contact endpoint. No internet transmission or storage system can be promised to be completely secure.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or make a complaint. Email ekkysoft255@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to verify it, and legal retention duties or the rights of other people can limit what we provide. In Tanzania, the Personal Data Protection Commission describes data-subject rights under the Personal Data Protection Act.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when data practices on this site materially change. The date near the top shows when this version was last updated. If a new feature introduces accounts, analytics, advertising, payment processing, or file uploads, its data use must be described here before that feature is launched.
