What these terms cover
These terms apply when you visit ekkysoft.com and use its currently available browser tools and website content. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and follow these terms.
Professional services are not purchased through this website. A service enquiry is only a request to discuss work; scope, fees, timing, ownership, support and other project terms must be agreed separately in writing before work begins.
Using the free tools
Tools are offered without an account or payment at present. They are provided for ordinary personal and business tasks, subject to the limits and format support shown on each tool page. Browser capability, file characteristics, device memory and software compatibility can affect results.
You are responsible for choosing files and data you are entitled to use, checking generated output before relying on it, and keeping a copy of any original you need. Tool output is not guaranteed to meet a particular technical, legal, archival, accessibility or business requirement.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, infringe rights belonging to another person, distribute harmful code, interfere with the service, probe systems without authorization, or submit automated traffic that disrupts the site or contact service.
Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the contact form unless it is necessary for your enquiry and you are comfortable sending it by email.
Content and ownership
EkkySoft and its licensors retain rights in EkkySoft branding, text, design and software, except where stated otherwise. You retain rights you already have in files and content you provide to a browser tool or include in an enquiry. These terms do not transfer ownership of your source files to EkkySoft.
Any rights in bespoke deliverables or other paid services must be set out in the separate written project agreement.
Availability and limitations
We work to keep the site useful and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or preservation of tool history. We may change, suspend or retire a feature.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and free tools are provided without a promise that they will satisfy a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where the law allows a limitation, EkkySoft is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of a free tool or temporary site unavailability.
Third-party services, links and advertising
EkkySoft is supported by Monetag In-Page Push ads. Under the site's current region policy, the tag loads by default in identified regions outside Europe. In Europe or when a visitor's region cannot be identified, the tag loads only after the visitor allows it; declining does not restrict tool access. Ads and their destinations are operated independently, and their own terms apply. EkkySoft does not endorse every third-party offer and is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
Monetag determines which ads are available; an ad is not guaranteed on every visit. Monetag's separate opt-out page applies to some formats and may not disable In-Page Push. If you previously subscribed to browser notifications, manage or block them through your browser's site settings.
Updates and contact
We may revise these terms when the site or its services change. The latest version and its update date will appear on this page. Changes apply from publication, subject to any rights that must be handled differently by law.
