Local processing

Image files and camera capture remain in this browser and are converted locally; camera permission is requested only after you select the camera control.

Document limitations

The PDF contains flattened page images without OCR or selectable text. Image quality depends on the source photo, crop, and browser memory.

Questions and troubleshooting.

What if my browser or camera does not support capture?

Use Upload images instead. Camera access is optional and starts only after you choose the camera control.

Will the PDF have searchable text?

No. This version places page images in a PDF and does not run OCR. Text in the photographed pages will not be selectable or searchable.

Are captured documents uploaded?

No. Camera frames, uploaded images, and processing remain in temporary browser memory; EkkySoft does not receive or store them.

What image formats are supported?

JPG, PNG, and WebP are accepted. Up to 50 pages, 50 MB total, 16 megapixels per page, and 60 megapixels combined.
